EGL: Fix creation of single-buffered windows
The EGL backend ignored the state of GLFW_DOUBLEBUFFER and always created a double-buffered EGL window. This sets the EGL_RENDER_BUFFER attribute at EGL window creation appropriately. Fixes #1843.
