Camilla Löwy 16bf872117 Add content scale queries 
This adds glfwGetWindowContentScale and glfwGetMonitorContentScale for
querying the recommended drawing scale factor for DPI-aware rendering.

Parts of this patch are based on code by @ferreiradaselva.
