Camilla Berglund 9b75bffc88 Add basic Vulkan support
Added GLFW_INCLUDE_VULKAN.  Added glfwVulkanSupported,
glfwGetRequiredInstanceExtensions, glfwGetInstanceProcAddress,
glfwGetPhysicalDevicePresentationSupport and glfwCreateWindowSurface.
Added port of LunarG SDK tri example.
