Vignesh Sitaraman c0c49be0c9 modified: TrackRecon.C consolidated the ditehr sigma, the timing cuts and reset the beam xy to (0,0), beamenergy gets set to 0.001 instead of returning for values that are beyond calculated catima range.
Moved some diagnostic plots because they were out of range for the boleans to actually catch them, lifted the si time ditehring so that it gets applied everywhere for smootehr time plots.
	modified:   eloss_calculations/Eloss.py introduced a external scaling factr to allow eloss calculations to be paired with the run scripts to figure out the right dEdx scaling

modified:   TrackRecon.C added a2c0, changed a1c1 cfrac parameters based on optimisation for the alpha and source data. Might need to be changed for the reaction though dfo rsome reason the apramteres don't quite makes sense
	modified:   eloss_calculations/Eloss.py added a scaling factor to particles with A>10 based to make the beams go further into the detector based on reaction data
	modified:   pc_energy_calibration.dat halved the anode dE cal to account for the misamtch between calib and rpedict for the source data

Vignesh Sitaraman 98c48af0b1 new file: Armory/PCZRecon.h refactor to lift a1c0 and a1c1 frac into a class PCZRecon which includes the a1c2 slope correction as well. Making the code more readable and easier to maintain.
also changes the model_invert into a function call instead of using the TF1 class
	modified:   TrackRecon.C refactor plus removal of older vesions of pcz and track reconstruction from the old analysis. Changed the ranges for dECalib spectra since their max was way too high.
	modified:   pc_energy_calibration.dat changed the calibration of anode 2-4 to the same as anode1 and 5 to 6 becuase they were causing bifuraction in signal. This might have been happening because the 17F data is poisoning the calibraion. This hypothesis
    is pending validation however.

Vignesh Sitaraman caeff0d7c5 modified: TrackRecon.C rehaul of the calibration dynamic so that any channels that dont have sufficient sx3 a1c2 stats get calibrated by lining up their centroids with those that do. Still a bit iffy on the bad anode formalism but keeping it in for now.

Vignesh Sitaraman 48eea6d70b modified: TrackRecon.C consolidated varaibles and implemented a method to eliminate the use of a1c0 for a1c1 calculation and report the cell pitch/ mis values for only the value chosen.
changed ranges for phi plots to -200 to 200. Folders for a1c0 and a1c1 are categorized into detector types for easier access. Using deltaphi mechanism instead of the si.phi-pc.phi formalism
    to better account for wrap around

Vignesh Sitaraman 826139a26d modified: TrackRecon.C changed cathode gains for the 27 Al to have consitent cfrac and other parameters for all runs. This also should allow us to
merge runs from thboth campaigns easier. Corrected error in proton mass in stuff copied over from Sudarsan's branch.
    Changed some variable names to mka ethem more consistent and clearer as to their actuall purpose.
