Vignesh Sitaraman 48eea6d70b modified: TrackRecon.C consolidated varaibles and implemented a method to eliminate the use of a1c0 for a1c1 calculation and report the cell pitch/ mis values for only the value chosen.
changed ranges for phi plots to -200 to 200. Folders for a1c0 and a1c1 are categorized into detector types for easier access. Using deltaphi mechanism instead of the si.phi-pc.phi formalism
    to better account for wrap around

Vignesh Sitaraman 826139a26d modified: TrackRecon.C changed cathode gains for the 27 Al to have consitent cfrac and other parameters for all runs. This also should allow us to
merge runs from thboth campaigns easier. Corrected error in proton mass in stuff copied over from Sudarsan's branch.
    Changed some variable names to mka ethem more consistent and clearer as to their actuall purpose.

Vignesh Sitaraman 6bad95d228 modified: Armory/ClassPW.h changed the wire phiminisation from a search based function to a phi vertex solution
modified:   TrackRecon.C changed starting aprameters for the cfrac fit, folding the lowereband from 17F into the higher band for cfrtac analysis. Exploring a new offset correction for the SX3s and QQQs based on the A1C0 Hybrid approach (WIP)
    A1C1 events are solved as A1C0 for both adjacent cells and thefinal answer with the lower Vertexperp is chosen.
	modified:   run_tr.sh reordered so that we can look at all alpha source runs as proton runs are still ebing processed

Vignesh Sitaraman 3ba532843d modified: TrackRecon.C included stuff to account for dead wires and thus pseudo 1 wire events, cleaned up code and added comments to make the approaches more understandable
modified:   fit_a1c1_cfrac.C included a reference free method for gain amtching cell
	modified:   slope_intercept_results_17F.dat put in value for the missing wire gains based on other wires with similar profiles. The variation among them is minute but the vairation from one is consitent
